Neil deGrasse Tyson is a known American scientist, physicist, and science communication specialist. He was born and grew up in the heart of New York City, and both of his parents were scientists working at universities. Neil's obtained his Bachelor degree at Harvard College, his Master's degree at Austin University of Texas, and Ph.D. degree at Columbia University. He was particularly interested in astrophysics and started his professional research at Princeton University. Tyson was studying the physics of black holes and the structure of the universe, writing dozens of articles related to the subject. He managed the Hyden Planetarium and used to take part in numerous NASA related projects. Tyson is the author of plenty of books of really interesting content, which contributed to the popularization of space technology and related science.
