Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is an outstanding composer and musician whose influence on the development of the world's music is significant. He was born in 1756 in Salzburg, Austria, and learned to play violin and piano when he was 5. At the same age, he began composing his own musical pieces and earned the fame of a prodigy musician. His father Leopold was his best teacher, and after realizing that his son is extremely talented, Leopold started traveling with Wolfgang and demonstrating his skills to other people, including known musicians and the Royal Families. They've traveled to Germany, Italy, Czechia, and other countries. In 1773 Mozart was assigned as Salzburg court musician but he was never happy with his job and continued visiting other cities in order to find a better one. In the early 1780s, he managed to find a way to make a living in Vienna and moved to the capital city hoping to earn more as a composer. In Vienna, he got married and became a father of 6 children only 2 of whom lived longer than one year. Mozart started developing as a composer very quickly after getting familiar with the works of other composers like Bach, Handel, Haydn, and others. He composed most of his most famous symphonies, cantatas, and operas during this period of time. During his latest years, Mozart visited Germany and composed a few more operas like "The Magic Flute" or "Cosi Fan Tutte". Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart dies in December 1791 at the age of 35.
